Shipping -
Delivery charge :- £4.00 per order. Spend Over £150 for free delivery. E-Mail first if outside U.K.
Some items (for example - downloads) have no physical existence and so no shipping charge will be applied.
All items are shipped by the cheapest, safest possible route and where applicable a refund maybe given after communication if a shipping over charge has occurred.
No attempt should be made to avoid shipping charges for any item. Should this be the case a refund will be issued minus any cost incurred by Colletts Model Trains and the transaction cancelled.
Returns -
If an item covered by warranty proves to be faulty it can be returned to us for a refund at customers cost.
However a shipping refund can be given after communication. |
